3 wks out & Vendor won't communicate

Help!  I don't know what to do.  I am having my wedding at an "all-inclusive" type wedding venue.  (and it's a DW)  I am 3 weeks from "W" day and I can't get the director at the venue to communicate.  I've called multiple times and emailed.  I can't raise her for anything.

I'm starting to worry.  I have questions and can't get answers.  We haven't finalized the menu or how many guests we'll have.  What is going on?  What would you do in my sitch??????

i think that due to the high number of weddings the handle, they should be able to work with you on any issues you have once you get down there....

no.  the only other person to talk to is the owner and I've never seen, heard from, or even learned the name of the owner.  Ahhhhhhh.

I would call and speak to the manager.  For all you know she could have quit, was fired, had a baby.....the list goes ON.

Call for the manager ASAP.

It's a DW--can't really go in person.

As I said, my contact IS the manager and I don't know the owner's name.

True, Jackie, a lot of it can be ironed out, probably, but I have some questions about what I need to do/bring that I can't get answered.

Is there someone there that you can talk to? Even a receptionist to find out the owner's contact info? Someone there should be willing to get you in touch with your coordinator

She can't put on weddings all by herself.  There has to be someone who works with her that you can talk to. Her "right hand man" sort of person. no?

well, it's a small place.  I call the main office line, but I keep getting the voicemail which still has her name.  Maybe I could call the sister property and ask if there's a problem "over there."  Maybe that would work. . . . (or is that a bad idea)?

Not a bad idea.  If anything they can't help you, but might refer you to somebody who can. :)  Do it!

I would keep calling. And call the sister company. It will make you feel better, plus they should be able to help you out.

Update:

Thank God, I got ahold of the coordinator lady this morning!  She's a really really nice lady and I'm glad to work with her.  I was just freaking out because I had to have answers to some of my questions.  She answered them all and apologized for not having gotten back to me sooner (she knew one of my questions and was trying to find the answer before calling me back.  She didn't realize I had others to ask.)

Problem solved.  Thanks, ladies.
