4 months to go and i have only lost 14lbs!!

My goal was to loose 35 and im still far!! its so hard to stay disciplined!!!! what have you guys done to stay motivated ladies? any advice to loose the next 20lbs?

Keep it up girl 14lbs is a lot of weight to lose!  You are doing fantastic!  I don't have a lot of great advice to help you lose the rest other than I'm sure what you are already doing.


Although, I did just join a Stiletto fitness club and LOVE IT!!!!!!  I just started so I can't really can't report any weight loss due to it.  It was expensive and a lot more money than I would have ever paid for anything to myself but it was I justified it by REPEATEDLY telling myself it was a Christmas present to myself.


I WILL say that I am really enjoying it.  REALLY enjoying it.

Your doing GREAT!!! 14lbs is awesome, don't be so hard on yourself! I agree with Uhlease, switching up your work out is a a definite must...if you do the same thing over and over, your muscles get used to it. Maybe try increasing the amount of time you spend working out as well...it doesn't have to be all at once, maybe once in the morning to get your day metabolism kick started and at night before bed so your metabolism works harder when you sleep (you'll be better rested too ;)) try not to eat dinner late, before 6pm is best and always eat a salad with a healthy dressing before dinner (this will help fill you up faster). Cut salts and bad fats out of your diet. Also I remember hearing that eating an apple before a meal will block fat cells and grapefruit burns fat..maybe do some research to see what other foods help you to loose weight, try Dr.Oz website, he has some great info! and every time you get a craving for something bad, just think about your big day! GOOD LUCK!!! YOUR DOING GREAT!!!

I'm so excited ladies!! I have to do this! I have to! I don't want to look back at my pictures one day and feel like I could have worked harder. I want to know I was on point cause I worked hard :) I will definitely try to stay disciplined and motivated!
