5/30: Today's Work Out!

Hey ladies!! Here is today's work out if you would like one! I did this, it took me about half hour.



  • 10 push ups

  • 10 hip dips in side plank on left side

  • 10 pushups

  • 10 hip dips in side plank on right side

  • 40 jump squats

  • 10 tricep dips

  • 50 crunches


Repeat 3 times

Nice Elise! Now if only I could have you in my workout room pushing me to keep going, I ave zero motivation today. It's about 90 degrees and 75% humidity so I'm hoping DHinstalled our AC or I'm going to be one sweaty wife.

@kim-the beauty of a side plank is you want to try to put all that pressure/strength on your abs, and not your arms. Not to say that your arms won't still be working like crazy, but try to focus on the abs and hold side plank for 10 seconds at a time :)


Do six sets of 10 seconds on one side before going to the next side. You'll get there!
