5/30: Today's Work Out!
Hey ladies!! Here is today's work out if you would like one! I did this, it took me about half hour.
- 10 push ups
- 10 hip dips in side plank on left side
- 10 pushups
- 10 hip dips in side plank on right side
- 40 jump squats
- 10 tricep dips
- 50 crunches
Repeat 3 times
