Seriously...this is one of the best I've had! Usually turkey chili's can be bland but this one is fantastic! My mom made it when we visited during Christmas and I stole the recipe from her. I've made it at home and it was just as good...and I use the 99% fat free turkey, not the breast/thigh turkey that the recipe calls for. It's a bit time consuming so definitely not a work night meal, but on a weekend, so yummy! And if you don't half the recipe like I do, it makes a TON so you can portion it out and freeze it for week night meals! Hint: the dried pasilla peppers are usually found on the ethnic foods aisle, labeled Asian/Hispanic aisle in my store. Enjoy!
