Hey ladies! I need some suggestions for makeup/hair..
i used Lisa Zomer...she was great! http://www.lisazomer.com/brides/index.html
I'm using Mina Tran of A-List Makeup. They have a great group of girls there at different price ranges.
I'm using Diane Daly. She is $125 for the bride, which includes all travel costs. Her trial price is $75 and she comes to your house. Very reasonable - I was really impressed with how she listened to my needs and requests.
I am using DollFace in Livermore. I have only had my first trial which I didnt come prepared to or have any ideas, but they were great to work with and they travel. I have my second hair trial schedule and I have a better idea of what I want so I think it will go better.
i used giao nguyen (san jose but she will travel) and she was AMAZING!
Ann Ho - Check out 38Chi
kabuki hair and skin - Keiko
Carol from Ling's in Oakland
Didn't read post carefully, but Keiko and Ann will travel...
Hey there, I always recomment Stephanie to my clients. Here is the link to her webpage: http://www.stephaniethemakeupartist.com
you can contact my cousin camille. She has done tons of makeup for weddings, shoots and shows. She is doing my make up for my wedding in august
Sharelle Ivy for makeup. She is soo amazing and her rates are great. She is based out of San Leandro. firstname.lastname@example.org
PM me for a picture of my makeup trial with her.
Def go with A-List or Sherrie Long -- I've worked with them a few times -- including my sister's wedding and other recent weddings -- and they're great!
i'm using Maria Chang of PMA. if you're looking for someone not as expensive, I highly recommend Joanne Kim (www.joanne-kim.com). she does both hair and makeup.
Book my MUA, Missy Moran. She's the best.
liesel: I have a trial with Camille on the 17th =) Thanks for the recommendation.
