Anyone know about the Clocktower on 16th?

I am looking at it for a possible venue and I was wondering if any of you fabulous ladies know anything about the Clock Tower on 16th street mall downtown Denver.

I am a little concerned about space - the guest list will have to be cut in half!

Thats it!!!!!!!!! I am looking at this place (Clocktower) or Willowbrook theater by Morrison. The Clocktower can't hold more then 50 people (sitting) but it would be downtown like I want! Willowbrook - well the posibilities are endless....

Could you use one for ceremony and the other for reception?

They are both stunning & so different!!  I looked into taking my "Rock the Dress" pics at the clocktower, but they didn't get back to me :-/  I love, love, love Willowbrook & considered it too (but just decided I really wanted a grassy aisle).  You can't go wrong with either!!

Mel- as soon as I saw the pics when I googled it, I thought "I have to ask them about getting in there for a RTD!!!"   Great minds think alike!!

@Alliesauce - I wish - the drive would be at least 30 min. Willowbrook is outside of Morrison and the Clocktower is downtown. I could bus people... hum...

@ Plumcrush01 - I have been corresponding with Holly (she owns the Clocktower) for a while - that stinks that they did not get back to you! I agree either way it is going to be fab!

Plumcrush01-the thing that most worries me about Willowbrook is weather. Thoughts?

Thanks gals!

Make sure you ask them about the safety of the elevator - this didn't happen all that long ago =)

I have a friend who works in the Clocktower - I've been to his office and it's a whole floor but would be very small for a wedding. Definitely check it out before making any decisions. Those pics look AMAZING but I don't think they accurately represent the size....

@SCary - you are right. It is SMALL. Such a fun venue but you really have to be mindful of who your guests are. There are only small stairs to get around to each floor. My FI and I went to look at it and he flat out said no way. While the space might work for some - it did not work for us. And honestly - looking at the space in full daylight - it was sort of cheap looking (parts - not all).

Ladies who tried to get a hold of the Tower for TTD - PM me and I will help you get in touch with her if you are interested. She is doing this on her own and is a little spacey.

Thanks!
