Does anyone have advice as to what appetizers freeze well?
I have my sons 18th birthday and high school graduation coming up and I want to pre make some of the food and freeze it so I can enjoy some of the festivites and company.
I was thinking burger sliders and taquitos, maybe a meat empananda(does anyone have a recipe??)
Then for deserts I was going to make 2 different cookie doughs and freeze them. Can I make the cake part for cake pops and freeze that w/out dipping in chocolate? Then I can dip them the day before. What about freezing cupcakes w/out frosting them? how do I defrost them so they dont get soggy or stale??
Any ideas thoughts or recipes welcome...............
