Arrangements for OOT guests?

I am wondering if we should find a nice reasonable hotel and get a room block for those who may want to spend the night. Our guests will be traveling between 1 1/2 hours- 4 hours. Since our wedding will last till 12 midnight when our fireworkds are done I am not sure how many will want to drive back home or how many will even stay that late.

Should we do OOT guest bags? If so what do you put in them.

Should we forego the OOT guest bags and do a bathroom basket at the venue?

I am all about the out-of-towners, everyone attending my wedding is travelling at least 3.5hrs (including us) and a lot are from abroad.

I did a wedding website and gave details for 8 hotels. I considered getting a block booking somewhere but everyone has different budgets and will be staying for different amounts of time so I thought it was best to give them some suggestions and let them decide what is right for them.
My brother is getting married the following weekend in the same town and has a block booking at his venue but only 10 of the available 50 rooms have been booked so far (2 by me).

I am doing OOT bags, my brother is doing bathroom baskets - there has been a lot of coordination so we don't do the same things!!
In my bags I have :- Water, mints, gum, cookies, sun cream, mosquito repellent patches, Advil, Tums, lip balm, tissues, band aids, anti bac wipes, hand sanitiser, sewing kits, playing cards, plantable book marks, pens & notebooks, maps & dining guides for the town and a road trip CD as several guests are travelling from my house so I will give them their bags at our BBQ the night before we travel down. I have gone a little over-the-top with my bags mainly because we will be out in the mountains and I don't want to risk anyone not having something they need.
FSIL bought some beautiful baskets from Michaels for her venue, I'm not sure what she is including in them though.

We're planning to do OOT bags as well as bathroom baskets. Our venue has 4 bathrooms, which I counted as a plus initially, but now that I need 4 baskets, yikes! And we're planing to do gable boxes in the guest rooms. Haven't nailed down what to put in them yet though.

We saved a giant block of rooms for our guests. We did OOT bags and filled them with water bottles (I even did DIY labels for those) we also filled them with cookies, chips, gum and other random food good for late night snacks.

Something else to think about is a breakfast buffet. We had one in the hotel the morning after is it was awesome, everyone loved it. It was a nice way to recap the night and thank everyone for coming.
