August update, September goals.

My wins for August:
Okay, this is the first month since last year that I *haven't gained weight.* WOOT!!!! Okay, so I didn't lose any either, scale says one pound but I don't count it until it's like 5 lbs and it stays off (this way I know it's not just water weight.)
I've been drinking all my water like I should and I bought a jump-rope! I've jumped 2 days this week but only for about 10 minutes because it's HARD and I felt like I would die if I didn't stop. LOL.
I started working part-time at a grocery store about 12 hrs a week for some play money (they pay you like $22/hr to stock groceries here, CRAYZAY!!) and all that lifting and squatting and going up and down ladders has left me feeling sore after every shift. Any soreness is always a win for me!
I haven't taken my measurements because my jeans don't feel loser yet and I don't want to be disappointed. I'm not weighing myself for 2 weeks because I think this every-day thing is torture.
And that's my update. :)
Goals for September:
- Drink 3 litres of water every day
- Eat less cheese. (don't laugh.)
- Drink less alcohol.
- Lose 5 lbs.
