I posted this on the main forum too, but I figured ya'll would like to see them.
I'm sending my invitations out on Monday. Woohoo!
Here's the final product. The dots on the invitations are the exact same color as the envelopes.
Total was $20 without postage. I'm very happy with how they turned out.

Wonderful job! That has to be such a relief to have them done.
yes! how many did you do and how long did it take you? oh - number of people?
thanks! they look great!
I made around 70 of each paper piece and 60 envelopes.
The printing took us about 4 hours. We had 3 different pieces to print and two of those cards were double sided.
Cutting took me about 4 hours as well. I use a paper cutter at Kinkos for the invitations and accomodations cards and my at home Fiskars paper cutter for the maps.
I did the envelopes over a couple of weeks because you have to let them dry between each stage. I printed the guests address, then let them dry. Then I printed the return addresses, then let them dry. Then I did the calligraphy and then had to let them dry again. I would estimate it probably took me 2-3 hours to complete them all.
Assembling only took about an hour. It took a little longer that it should have because I wrote the guests names on the RSVP cards, so I had to make sure to put their RSVP card in their envelope.
