Bay Area Brides! Wedding Coordination Packages Starting at $499

Who says you can't have an amazing wedding coordinator on a budget? You CAN have the wedding of your dreams, minus the stress and headaches associated with coordinating it yourself, when you hire me to carry out your vision, and ensure that all of your wedding day wishes come true!

You can select from any of the following packages:

DAY-OF-MANAGEMENT


This is for the Couple who simply needs someone to ensure that everything runs smoothly and as planned on their special day. This package includes:

• One site walk through with the Couple approximately two weeks before wedding date (not to exceed more than 2 hours)
• Final vendor confirmation one week before wedding date
• Unlimited electronic correspondence in the two weeks prior to the wedding date
• Full ‘Day-Of’ management including ensuring proper set-up/take down, troubleshooting, handling last minute details, general assistance & direction for wedding party, gathering of personal possessions and gifts at the end of the night
• An assistant(s) (based on guest count and set-up needs )
• Complimentary “Wedding Survival Kit”
• 8 hours of service on Wedding Date

Please note this package includes a total of 12 hours of service, and commences two weeks before the scheduled wedding date. It does not include vendor bookings or management or any other aspect of planning. Should Client’s need exceed the scope of services originally contracted for, Pretty Perfect’s fee may be adjusted accordingly for due compensation. In such case, Pretty Perfect will request Client upgrade to next service package, or will provide a quote for additional services and/or time.

The fee for Day-Of-Management begins at $499


MONTH-OF-COORDINATION


This package is for the Couple who needs some last minute assistance, as well as Day-of-Coordination. It includes:

• Vendor referrals
• One site walk through with the Couple approximately two weeks before wedding date (not to exceed more than 2 hours)
• One details meeting to gather information, review plans, work on timeline, and obtain contracts
• Unlimited electronic consultation beginning four weeks before scheduled wedding date
• Final vendor confirmation one week before wedding date
• Unlimited rehearsal coverage and direction
• Full ‘Day-Of’ management including ensuring proper set-up/take down, troubleshooting, handling last minute details, general assistance & direction for wedding party, gathering of personal possessions and gifts at the end of the night
• One assistant (for events with more than 100 guests, a second assistant will need to be added for a nominal fee)
• Complimentary “Wedding Survival Kit”
• Unlimited coverage on Day of Wedding

Please note, this package includes a total of 30 hours of work, and commences 6 weeks before scheduled wedding date. It does not include vendor bookings or management or any other aspect of planning. Should Client’s need exceed the scope of services originally contracted for, Pretty Perfect’s fee may be adjusted accordingly for due compensation. In such case, Pretty Perfect will request Client upgrade to the next service package, or will provide a quote for additional services and/or time.

The fee for the Month-of-Coordination begins at: $999


FULL SERVICE PLANNING

This package is ideal for you, if you need someone to take on complete production of your event, or you are trying to plan a wedding from a distance. We can take your vision and bring it to light, step-by-step, covering all of the details for you, removing the stress out of planning your own wedding.
This package includes the following:
• Initial in-person consultation
• Customized wedding planning timeline and to-do list
• Budget assistance
• Two site walk throughs with the Couple
• Personalized design concept recommendations
• A details meeting to gather information, work on timeline, and review plans
• Assistance with vendor team selection and coordination, including contract negotiation
• Four meetings where we will accompany you to meet with the vendors of your choice (i.e. catering, DJ, makeup/hair, etc)
• Development of detailed timelines for the wedding day for participants & vendors
• Ceremony and Reception Planning
• Final details meeting with you, two weeks before the wedding, to review timeline and finalize plans
• Unlimited electronic consultation via phone, email, or fax
• Layout diagrams
• Final vendor confirmation one week before wedding date
• Unlimited rehearsal coverage and direction
• Full ‘Day-Of’ management including ensuring proper set-up/take down, troubleshooting, handling last minute details, general assistance & direction for wedding party
• Gathering of personal possessions and gifts at the end of the night
• One assistant (for events with more than 100 guests, a second assistant will need to be added for a nominal fee)
• Complimentary “Wedding Survival Kit”
• Unlimited coverage on Day of Wedding

The fee for Full Service Planning begins at $2,500
