BEST pork chops EVER

brace yourselves for this AMAZINGLY tastey and incredibly EASY (marinade) recipe!


*side note: i HATED porkchops until i made these. so dont knock 'em till ya try 'em!


-pork chops (how ever many you want, bone-in work best with this)
Mix together:
 -3 Tbsp dijon mustard
 -3 Tbsp brown sugar
 -1 Tbsp+1.5 tsp apple juice -OR- apple sauce (juice is easier, but i sub w sauce when we dont have juice)
 -1 Tbsp+1.5 tsp worstichire sauce


stir all of that goodness together, and pour into a freezer bag with pork chops and marinate in the fridge. i have done it for as little as an hour, and as long as 24 hours. obviously it taste better the longer you let it sit, but its still phenomenal if you dont have as much time!


we have grilled them on the bbq, and also just cooked them stove top. both are equally as delish!!

*tastes great with mashed potatos and corn. nothing about any of this is healthy, so if you are on a diet, this will have to be a cheat night :) :)

How long do you cook on stove top?  I know it depends on the thickness of the pork chop, so let's say 1-inch chops?  I always overcook mine cause I'm scared of undercooking, and they always end up a little tough!

Hmmm... I'd say prob 7-10 min each side on medium heat. We always cut the thickest one to make sure it's done! So we know they're all done if that one is done
