Blast Bellyfat...?

I have less then two months left before my wedding. I tried on my dress Sunday, and it does not look right in the tummy area. I am wearing a sash that might hide my tummy, but i woul ljust rather get rid of it before we make the alterations...

Any good workouts, suggestions to get rid of belly fat?

Ditto with the cardio. You might tone up the mucles underneath with all the crunches, but in the end the belly fat will still be on top of it. You gotta burn burn burn the fat! lol. Try not to go under 1200 cal if you are cutting calories though- typically for most women thats when the body starts to interpret as starvation mode and it'll just start to hang on to what you give it food-wise.

Crunches every day(maybe every other), only drink water, no sugar, no carbs, no GREASY foods. Lot's of veggies chicken and h20! trust me I've lost 30 pounds in about 5 months . The first 2 weeks was all water weight that I lost, ABOUT 10 LBS, and all I ate were salads and chicken. I completly stopped drinking soda. I started taking a resistance class 3 times a week. It will work if u stick with it! Good Luck it's hard but well worth it! Theres always SPANKS

RynosGirl thanks for recognizing the starvation mode concept. Most people do not realize if they do not eat the body holds weight!!!

If you are tired of plain chicken.... try this. Here is my fave way to eat chicken when I am trying to loose weight. Take chicken breasts, and slice them into 2-3 long pieces. Then put them in a plastic bag. Then take 1 clove of garlic per chicken breast (either pressed or chopped very fine) and put it in the bag. Then take Grey Poupon Dijon mustard, and add about 1 large TBSP per chicken breast. Mix it all together so that the chicken is coated. Then take a baking sheet, and cook at 350 for about 25-35 mins depending on your oven and the size of the chicken pieces. I put a piece of tin foil on the baking sheet so I don't have to wash it! haha I am lazy. Try it!
