Boutinerers and bouquets

Is everyone doing Boutinerers for groom, groomsmen,fathers, and officiate. What about doing something different other than a big bouquet. I just don't want to waste all that ,omen one flowers

I did boutoniers for GM but instead of flowers I used pinwheels :

you can used pocket square instead of bouttonieres..

We're having boutoniers for the groom, fathers, grand-father and the brother of the groom. No boutoniers for the groomsmens.

What is a pocket square. I'm assuming it's like the colored hankies that goes in their pocket.
