We did dried wheat, just because it fit into our theme more. That's probably the big factor for a lot of people.

I did peacock feathers because I can make them ahead of time and it fit our theme like carolina says

If I could do fresh DIY I probably woulkd, but I think it would be less stressful to have the flowershop do it for me...lol

I used feathers and berries... I was able to do them ahead of time and the cost was where we wanted it ;) I guess it just depends on what you prefer and are willing to pay for...

I am doing the myself. I will be doing them at farmers market and keeping them there in there cooler so they can be ready. I did a mock up and it was so easy. It literally took me less than five minutes to do.

The back ones are actually from a wild turkey... My dad had some old turkey fans in his shop so I just cut some off it... Im pretty sure you can buy them online too!

Only my FI will be wearing 1 with berries and extra silk flowers from my bouquet. Florist is making.


Also considered making DIY fabric flowers but will prob stick to pocket squares for the other guys. O
