bridal party dinner

Hi ladies! it has been a lonnnnnng time! how is everyone? It is now.. 64 dayssss until our wedding !!! AHHHH!!! feels like yesterday I was just telling everyone a year (and some change) ago that I was engaged. I havent been on much because the site does not work well with my current browser or phone sometimes.. anyways.... So we are having a dinner for our bridal party so that they can get to know each other. I am debaitng if I should print something for all of them so that they know what is going on and will be able to plan around the wedding. What sort of things should I have in the printouts? Thank you in advance!

 Eeeeeeeeeeek!!! It's so soon!

Do you mean a sheet with things like dates for Bachelor Party and bridal shower etc and times for the actual day/rehearsal dinner etc? I think that would be useful for people

i would aslo include the day the girls need to have picked up their dress and shoes and if the guys are renting tuxs that info should be on there as well.  if the girls are having their dresses altered somewhere other than the bridal salon maybe recommend a few places.  if the girls are getting their nails done before the wedding all at once at a salon, then i would add that.  just include any and all related info to activites that lead up the wedding. while they may have the info elsewhere, having it all in one spot would be helpful.  they could litteraly just put in on their fridge and know all that they will be where they are suppose to be.

if you have any funny stories about wedding planning it would be kinda nice to include that too.  something to show that it isnt all about "be here at this time."

thought this might be a cute idea for the dinner

Yes I meant that I wanted a sheet of all the important information that they need to know. Or should I just text them all when the time comes? I dont know :-/ My sister says that they will ask me questions closer to the wedding anyway so I shouldnt go through the trouble of printing anything out. I am thinking of just taking her advice, they will ask at the dinner I am sure of it lol.

I actually made two newsletters volume 1 & volume 2 for my bridal party.  That way everyone knew what was expected as far as jewelry, hair, dresses, deadlines, etc.

They absolutely loved how organized I was and it helped them stay on track.
