Did anyone get the bridesmaids (and themselves) "Bridal Party Shirts" ?? Where??
i went to forever21 and bought plain white tee's, 4.80 each and then went to office max and bought this specail iron on paper that you print on and then iron on the shirts. the paper was 13 bucks for 6 sheets, i made 6 shirts and only used two sheets. so it was very cheap!!!
plus i can make them custom, color, size, font, everything.
I bought the overpriced "Bridesmaid" tanks from theknot. I know you can get them cheaper or DIY but that's just what I did (I got them on sale though) They run SMALL so if you buy them there, buy a size up!
I bought some for my best friend's wedding last October from Cafe Press. They had different designs and you can custom make them too.
i can post pics of mine when i finish them!
i wrote the title of the person in the front and then their name in the back.
BTW, if you order from Cafe Press, use this coupon and save $10 off a $60 purchase. coupon code:
I made them myself. I bought them all black tank tops from Old Navy(they were 5 bucks a piece). Then I went to a craft store and got the crystal iron ons that said Bridesmaid. You just stick the lil crystal piece on the front of the tank, turn it inside out and iron for about 5 minutes. They turned out super cute and were only 7 or so a piece to make. I'm going to tie a hot pink and black polka dot ribbon on th strap of each one to give it a more girly feel.
I also made mine :) It's sky blue and says bride.
I almost did, but decided not to.
You could always go a cheaper route and insure that the shirts will fit all sizes by purchasing them and getting iron or stick on decals from eBay.
i'm not sure if i'm going to - i have 10 bms and the shirt has a really short "shelf life" ya know?? i think maybe i can put that $$ towards a pedicure for each of them or something else??
but for ME!!! of course i'm getting a "bride" shirt hellooo??? =)
I DIY'd them. I purchased Women's Anvil shirts on www.jiffyshirts.com for $2.05 each & free shipping. The shirts are super comfortable. I bought 10 iron-ons from ebay seller sarahs_apparel for $11.50. It was really easy and they came out great. All of the people I made them for wore them the day before the wedding at our spa day.
I did. I got them at customized girl.com. They came out to 10 bucks each and are REALLY personalized. They say "Bridesmaid (name)" and have hearts below it. Theyr'e pink with hot pink and silver glitter writing. Super cute!
Style me Pretty featured these last month from http://inkboxdesign.com/
Marerod - How did you get them for $10? I checked out the site and the cheapest shirt, undecorated, was $10. They looked cute, but I'm just wondering how to get your deal!
My sisters getting "Team Bride" made for us.. Not sure where- I haven't seen them yet...
BUT FYI: Walmart of all places has these now too- for like 6 bucks hahahah darn.
- HMM :)
pinkgerbers: they had a special if you purchased 5 or more you got free shipping and a certain dollar amount off. Also, here's a coupon code if you need it: CG15. :)
