Cake Fillings. . .

I literally have not thought about this and maybe you could help me.
I am making a Marble Pound Cake for the Cupcakes and for the "MINI" cake.
I need to know what filling you thought would be amazing in this "MINI" cake? This is the cake that Mark and I will be cutting and eating and will be my first desert in 3 months! So, you can see why I am perplexed.
Here are a few choices.
- sweet and gooey caramel flavored frosting, laced with coconut and pecans
- CheeseCake w/Strawberry puree
- Layer of Fudge followed by Chocolate Mousse
- Kaluaha- IrishCreme -Chocolate Mouse - chocolate sauce-aka MUDSLIDE
The Frosting will be Cream Cheese based - Butter, Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar Shortening and Almond Extract With Wedgewood Blue coloring.
Yup all the flavors work very well together.
