Calling all s'mores fans...

Hey s'mores fans...

Our reception site has fire pits on the patio and puts out marshmallows for roasting.  We figured we'd take it a step further and put out some graham crackers and chocolate, because who doesn't love a good s'more.  I was looking to get some creative input on s'more recipes for a s'more bar sign I wanted to create.  Feel free to throw out any chocolate flavor or brand, any type of marshmallow or graham cracker.  Here is what i have so far:

The Classic:

2 Original graham cracker squares , 1 Ghirardelli milk chocolate square and 1 Jet -Puff original marshmallow.

The Girl Scout: (which girl scout cookie does this remind you of :)

2 original graham cracker squares, 1 Ghirardelli Caramel Filled Square, and 1 Jet-Puff Toasted Coconut Marshmallow

The Thanksgiving Pie:

2 cinnamon graham cracker squares, 1 Ghirardelli Pumpkin Spice Caramel Sqaure, and 1 Jet-Puff original marsmallow

I did buy a few flavors of Ghirardelli chocolate for now (lets hope they go uneaten by the wedding): cookies and cream, milk chocolate, toffee crunch, milk & caramel filled, pumpkin spice.  I have not bought graham crackers or marshmallows yet but, i have seen graham crackers come in original, honey, cinnamon, chocolate.  Marshmallow flavors ive seen: original, chocolate, toasted coconut, caramel & vanilla, pumpkin spice, strawberry, peppermint. i could go on and on!  Let those creative juices flow girls!

Instead of Hershey’s chocolate use a Reece chocolate! So good. Also I got a jar at a bridal shower that had chocolate covered gram crackers.

Wow! I honestly think you can't go wrong!!!! What about a neopolitan one? Strawberry marshmellow with some sort of banana and chocolate?

I've had the caramel marshmellows once, and they are delish! Your ideas are great, and I don't know how many more choices you need. If you set out the options, people can create their own!! :D

Sounds good! I have to use nilla wafers for mine, i am allergic to honey and most graham crackers have it, booooooo!

The nilla wafers are good, as are the chocolate graham crackers.

Try homemade marshmallows, i usually see them at whole foods. they are a whole nother level of yum!

One of my friends swears by putting those turtle candies in hers (the ones with pecans and caramel?)

mmmmm, so good.

I think you should change the girl scout. There is a drink called the dirty girl scout and its like a thin mint. I would try and find some mint chocolates

Are you still doing this idea? If so, what did you decide.
