Centerpieces: Candles & Vases Help

Hey girls,

I'm sure many of you have thought of this but I feel stuck so I'm asking for help. I want to have candles for centerpieces, in some type of dish or something. Nothing extremely pricey. I calculated the candles and for 4 candles per table (2x9, 2x6, 3x4, and a 10" taper) for 15 tables would cost close to $480. Now I was ok with that until we found out that every place needs the candles covered in a hurricane/vase. So that adds up.

Questions:

Anyone know of a great site that has vases for cheap? I tried the dollartree.com they don't sell all sizes, I tried www.koyalwholesale.com but they may be too expensive, not sure. I can't find something either to put ALL the candles in...like a high wide glass...no clue.

Also, I wanted to use charger plates in the center to put the candles there with sand, but it seems like a 13" charger plate may look too small in a round table and I can't find anything bigger that's not less than $10 a piece. Help with that too???

Thank you!!!!

Yes I have but I'm not sure I guess how to arrange since the candles will all be different sizes, so I was thinking these hurricanes but I think it'd look better if I have different cylinder sizes, dont you think it'll look funny with the hurricanes (3) of the same size?

Since I have to buy some type of vase to put the candles in, I'm thinking to minimize the costs, to use 3 candles & 3 vases per table, rather than the 4.

Yes I have but photo 202163-1

or you can use mirrors if you still want the candles to sit on something, those are very inexpensive.
