Alright ladies it's about that time again to think about our next challenge..... will be just 26 days long starting October 5th and ends on October 30th!
Let's keep the the extra workout during our week! It can be 2 in one day or 4 days instead of 3. Your decision but let's commit to adding one more in!
Holidays are just around the corner and I know how I am and it is a grazing fest for me during this time. So if we can start to get ahead of the game now then the holidays just might be a little easier to get through!
If you join later than the start date just update the number of days left in the challenge.
