CHALLENGE...JUNE....BRING IT ON!!

Alright ladies I have a feeling kandawedding is SUPER busy and wanted to make sure we had a monthly challenge. 


It will be just 27 days long starting JUNE 3rd and ends on JUNE 30th!


Don't forget to share it with us!


If you want a buddy let me know....those with buddies keep up motivating each other!


If you join later than the start date just update the number of days left in the challenge.

Good job Pwani20!! It's the little things that count. I am reporting late again. Haven't lost any weight but I have lost one inch off my waist!! I am looking better and feeling better. Still doing the INSANITY routine and loving it. I am not gonna beat up  on myself.

I am such a hopeless individual. FI has been home on vacation for a week. It's good because he is re-tiling our bathroom and putting in a new toilet. Putting in a ceiling in one of the rooms of our house. Basically he is making great headway; however, I am not.


Due to him being home I have gained 8lbs!! Yikes I know. We have been going out to eat almost every night. I have tried to eat the healthy options but something about restaraunt food just makes me gain weight. Worst thing is I have a dress fitting on saturday!! From here on out it's lean cuisines for dinner until this unwanted blubber is gone.

So if the scale reads 138.6 is that 6 tenths or 6 ounces? Is the first number what you want to lose second short goal and last what you've lost so far? If so here's mine 40/13/28 this is since November 2010...gym 4 days a week, TRYING to eat right and suceeding most of the time, and Nubian I try to stick to salads at restraunts, but it's not always easy! I have 44 days until my wedding and though I'd like to lose another 13 I'd settle for another eight since the inches are coming off and I'm  toning and building muscle.....except for my tummy it's better but nowhere near what I think it should be with what excercise I'm doing anybody got any good exercises for ab that don't require some type of crunches? Right now I do two sets of 25 one armed stomach crunches with a 15 lb. weight. (you hold the weight with both hands straight up like your reaching for the sky, knees bent and feet about an inch off the ground, you raise head and shoulders off the floor like your pushing the weight straight up tensing your abs while you do it) which is killer and yeah I've lost in my waist but don't have even the start of a 6 pack that I can see....also need to work on the obliques!

 I know that I was eating wrong and that is why I gained 8lbs. Good thing is that I lose weight fast. I may already be down 2lbs by the end of this week. :)


Sonyawalts64, you should refer to the first post as you are not doing the challenge correctly.

Ok I see now...well since there isn't a challenge outlined I'm using the days I have left till my wedding as my challenge. Weighed in today and I was down to 135.6 (I took my shoes off for once lol it was 137.4 with them on) so is this right Nubian 42/13/1.2?  I wish I lost weight fast!

No I will try to outline it for you and hopefully it makes sense. When I started this months challenge it was 27 days that I had until we were onto the next challenge for the month of August.

That means my first number is 27/

Next my goal weight that I wanted to use for this months challenge was 5lbs so that is the second number.

27/5

Since the challenge I gained 8lbs instead of lost so that is the next number, where we put lbs lost or gained. Now that is the last number.

27/5/8

Does that make sense? Sorry if I was of no help but I tried.

It's Monday so I will post my most recent results. I worked hard and lost two lbs so now I got 6lbs to go to get back to where I should be.

Thanks Nubian, I'm using the days left till my wedding in place of your 27 since that's not much over a month anyway. :)  Weighed in Tuesday was off Monday, but worked out in the heat on the yard, the scale tipped in at 136.8, but used my scales on Saturday first thing after peeing that morning without any clothes and it read 130 soooo I'm hoping it's right! Also my shoes weigh 1 and a half pounds! (always nice to know!! haha) So since I'm using the days to my wedding as my how many days to do this challenge in, and I'll continue to use the gym weight with the shoes added in since that's what I started with!!.......42/13/2
