Alright ladies it's about that time again to think about our next challenge..... will be just 31 days long starting March 1st and ends on March 31st!

Hey Girlies, been a looong time since I did a challenge but need to jump back on the band wagon! After the wedding in September I have gained 15 pounds! urgh!


So I think I'll copy everyone else and go 31/8/0.... shooting high sounds like a good idea!


Need to start thinking about a bikini :-(

31/8/0   Yes that is a good idea...but actually I would like to lose this by the 25th.  That is when our engagement photos are.  I hope it works out.

thanks kandawedding I was nervous that nobody would take on the challenges and we wouldn't have them. I really love them, it helps knowing that I have to put it down somewhere....


So Let's start my Goal like this (for March)


Last month I started a new diet and lost 9.4 without stepping foot into the gym so this month my goal is 12, 3 lbs a week... I don't know if I can make it, but as long as I get to 10 I won't be down on myself....  I would love to be close buddies with you kandawedding and 2011bride... just try the eating plan I gave out, just for a month... don't cheat and I promise you will lose big.

Yeah the fruit and dressing is ok (the fruit is only and breakfast and lunch).  I forgot to say the dressing should not be in the first 3-4 ingridients : ) The first few days I experienced headache's but after that I felt amazing.... Coffee, Tea and Diet soda are ok. If you can cut the equal or splenda down that's great but I can't... I will try that someday, not today though... Just remember you can do it for one day, tell yourself that just for today I can do this. Then the next day, you will be fine and it will be a new day.  : )  You girls are going to do so well, and remember your going to do amazing !!
