Changing Vendors

Since my wedding is going to be changing locations I have to also change vendors. I am keeping my photographer because she is not charging extra for traveling to our new location. I am having to revamp everything because we are so off base on our savings. I have been lucky enough to find another amazing caterer that is giving us 3 entrees, 3 sides, rolls, salad and drinks for 12.99 per person. We will split two of the entrees so it will be like there is two. I'm hoping to be able to keep my cake baker. My DJ had to change but I am satisfied with what we have found in the new DJ. HIs price is $900 which is 300 more than the other one but it includes uplighting so I am willing to go that. I spoke with a coordinator yesterday that would be for the weekend and she charges $675 and at an upcoming bridal show will be offering a discount on all her prices. So for weekend coordinating she is worth that. Now to nail down my venue once and for all.
