Clomid Question

This is my first round of clomid...AF started on 5/17/11 but was extremely light...so I considered CD1 to be on 5/19/11 and started Clomid on 5/22-5/26.  On the 25th I started feeling dull cramps/twinges in what I was guessing was my left ovary...off and on in the afternoon.  The following day I felt the same thing on the right side just not as much.  Just curious if any of you ladies felt the same thing and if that was a good indication that you would O?  I started using OPK's and still negative so far but I've read online that some ladies have O'd as early as day 10 on Clomid.

From what I know, you are a lot more likely to O late rather than early - That is usually why they do a ultrasound on CD 12 to see if it looks like you are going to O.

I haven't heard of anyone O'ing early like that before....

I have felt cramps/twinges on and off but no O.  Sometimes OPK's don't work with Clomid, so your best bet is to have it confirmed by a Progesterone test.

Hope that helps :)

Thanks!!  Wishful thinking that I thought those twinges meant it was going to work.  I read to start using OPK's 5 days after your last pill which would be today and CD13 but then searched a baby board and some of the women O'ed very early but then again they could've started taking the clomid earlier.  My Dr.  told me this month she just wants me to get the CD21 bloodwork to see if I O then if I didn't we will go from there.  It's crazy because before this month time was absolutely flying and now this has felt like the longest month ever.

I felt twinges when I was on Clomid, but not until much later... I didn't O until Day 25-ish of my cycle!  I also didn't get a positive OPK (I did miss testing one day) but my temps and progesterone blood work did show that I O-ed.  I would temp and ask for a blood draw as well. :)
