Couch to 5k: Just had my first run!
And I'm sweaty, my muscles are jiggly, and I've got a big, FAT smile on my face!
I know that I'm won't be the slim, skinny bride I dreamt of 14 months ago, but I think I can be at least less like jell-o! And that's all I need. :)
Anyone else on C25k? How do you like? What's been the hardest part so far?
