Creative Fun Unique Bridal Shower Ideas Please...

I am working with my Maid and Matron of honor to create my bridal shower. Or i should say they keep asking me what type I want and things I would like to have at it and I keep procrastinating. Can you all give me some ideas? I know I just want it to be me and the ladies and I love the idea of a mimosa bar or margaritas. I also like the idea of makeup and nails being done maybe...and food and games....and IDK! Lol, I have never had to plan one of these and have no clue where to start. Any ideas and suggestions are welcome. THANKS :)

We didn't play any games at my bridal shower. We just talked, congratulated, had a few appetizers (meat tray), cake and opened presents. It was still a great time and I enjoy looking back at that day :)

Here are a few game ideas:
Heavens to Betsy: BRIDAL SHOWER GAMES bridal shower, mad lib, letter, games

At my breakfast/lunch the day before the wedding we played this game: (winner got a little price)

Great bridal shower game!

This game is always fun.... and can be played at your bridal shower :)

for the fashionista bride... toilet paper dress competition as a bridal shower game

JESSICA, THIS EVEN HAS MY NAME - WHAT THE CRAP!? SO AWESOME AND WEIRD!!!! PLEASE LET THIS BE A GAME AT MY HYPOTHETICAL SHOWER!! Okay, caps over.

This is cute for 'gift favors' you could pick your wedding colors?

Pretty in pink - pink polish of course. Great bridal shower idea!

Drinks are a good idea too, and different types of finger foods!

I planned my best friend's bridal party. Everyone's favorite game was this: Everyone brings a pair of underwear that best represents their personality (In the bride's size) Then everyone has to guess who brought what pair. Person who gets the most right, gets a prize. ( we did candy bars). It was funny and in the end, the brides gets a whole bunch of new panties! (:

For my bridal shower, my MOHs created a bridal shower theme of cooking.

They all contributed theit favorite recipes and made me a cookbook.  I don't have a copy of my bridal shower invite on my laptop but this is the exact same invite that we sent to everyone.  All of the gifts were cooking and baking related!  We also played a how well do you know us.

If anything they can cut and paste recipes for you lol.  Your MOHs could assign certain dishes that they need to be responsible for finding, i.e., chicken dishes, vegetable sides, desserts, drinks, etc.

I would definitely recommend doing games. It gets everyone laughing and breaks the ice between people that don't know each other. We played "How well do you know the bride?", toilet paper wedding dress, wrote advice for the bride on index cards and then the bride would read them out loud, kiss the groom (kind of like pin the tail on the donkey), and a bunch more.

My MOH and I discussed a few things, staring with a pole dancing class for the bridal party at 25.00 pp, karaoke at a place where you can have a private room, where more friends and family will be invited. It's 10.00 an hour and you can take your own liquor. Later, a girl's sleepover at her place for games. I just want to spend time with the women I love most being silly and carefree. I am sure whatever you do, it'll be extra special:)
