crinoline situation VENT
Okay so I bought one crinoline and marked in paypal that it be shipped to me. We are in the military, we move frequently, there are past addresses in paypal but I MADE SURE it was marked to be sent to the CORRECT one. It gave me an online confirm, okay going to the right one... that was two weeks ago so I wonder where it is and go to check it in UPS... they've tried to deliver it twice now to a place where we DO NOT LIVE!! So I try to call the slips website - no phone number... okay so I've read good reviews so I place ANOTHER order today, no option for expedited shipping!! Hopefully they'll send a new one out ASAP or call UPS and have them switch deliveries, it will not allow me to change the delivery address.... BAH! And I need it for a fitting this week and I can't just buy it locally because its a mermaid crinoline......STUPID PAYPAL giving out the wrong address when it confirmed the correct one with me!
