So I've been trying to eat healthier and so far, so good. I'm not really overweight, but I still wanna lose about 10 pounds to get me to my ideal weight. I'm actually more concerned with toning up though. I HATE my legs! I never wear anything above my knees unless I'm at home because I have the cheese and they jiggle when I walk :-( lol. My arms are lame too! They're super skinny, but it's pretty embarrassing especially because my flexed arm is the same size as when I'm not flexing! SAD! I'm soooo out of shape and need to do something! I get tired going up a flight of stairs...lol I hate going to the gym for many reasons, so I was wondering if anyone has gone to Curves. Does it even work? It's hard for me to believe that 30 minutes would be able to make a huge difference, but if it does then I'll for sure go! If that doesn't work, are there any good DVD's or anything else I can do? I've been walking everyday but I don't feel it's enough at all. It's cool for a little weight loss, but not enough to tone. I've tried running but I have really bad knees so that kinda sucks. Let me know what works for you!
