Day 1 of the food diary!!

Today, I started a food diary and hope to keep my calories under 1600/day.


I'm also giving up alcohol for 6 weeks!!


Let's hope I can keep it up!!

You can do it!!! My coach told me that research shows people who keep a food journal lose twice as much weight as those who don't so you're on the right track :)

I keep a found Journal on Google Calendar, I log all my calorie intake and activity.  I find that it helps me stay motivated.
