I have a lot of frustration and anxiety built up that I need to let out.....
Dear brain, mind, soul, body, etc.
I would really like to be able to breathe normally without having a knot in my stomach that feels like its eating my insides. You are starting to make yourself sick. Take a deep breath and let it ALL out already. -
- Stop over thinking and analyzing everything. You are just overwhelming yourself and it's bringing on unwanted stress, you don't need it at this time or anytime. Seriously, let it go and stop thinking about it.
