Dietician: Update on Progress!

So, yesterday was 2 weeks since my 1st visit to the dietician and it was my second weigh-in.


I am happy to report that I am down 2.5kg's (approx 5.5lbs) and 5cm's in 2 weeks.


If I continue losing at this rate then I can lose at least 8kgs before the wedding. That would be soooooo awesome.

CONGRATS!!! It sounds like you're doing great, and the fact taht you're seeing a dietician to lose it the "Right way" is even better. You can do it! :)

I find that not skipping meals and having my two snacks are really helpful cos then I am not tempted to binge when I get home.


Other than that, I have not been depriving myself of a treat once a week, when I feel like it.


I also still have the occasional curry (I am Indian after all), I just eat it with brown basmati rice instead.
