Dieting? important advice...
DON'T SKIP MEALS... I had a friend who thought this was a good idea: to not eat all day until dinner. I tried it for a while and guess what? IT'S TRUE... you will gain weight. It is so hard for me to skip breakfast and not grab the first free donut someone offers me. Eating often keeps your body happy, keeps you from settling for junk food, and gives you energy all day. Do it. I'm taking snacks in bags to school everyday so 1. I won't be tempted to spend way too much money on food, and 2. I won't be starving at the end of the day and eat a whole pizza or something crazy like that.
I grabbed the baby carrots, cucumber I'm going to slice, and apples and oranges to carry since fruits and veggies are the group most lacking in my diet. I typically take a sandwich for lunch.
