DIY Christmas Items?

Anyone here planning to make Christmas decorations, items or gifts?  I was on Pinterest and saw this beautiful wreath...just don't know if I have the patience to make this but I thought it was pretty.

Start with a purchased foam ring, cover it with satin ribbon, then glue on crafts store pearls...very elegant feel for the holidays

SammyD made a beautiful wreath a few weeks ago. I am in the middle of making a banner for our fire place and I'm making a version of these sleighs for my boy's class (food allergies mean I am limited with candy so I'm using boxes of stickers instead)

Hey thanks Nicki :)

Here's a picture...if you google 'wire-hangar-wreath you can find a bunch of tutorials, they are quick and easy!

Also, last year I made some herb-infused olive oil and vinegar as gifts, and some zesty seasoning salt...great for margaritas! All quick and easy on the wallet :)

Awesome ideas!  I'm actually taking time off of crafting for the week. I get lazy when it comes to crafts for myself since I do it all year round.

I made some gift baskets just today. I bought some baskets from Papermart and then added movies, popcorn, movie tickets, large candies, and some other filler items. They came out pretty nice and saved me a bunch of money, plus it's more personal.
