Hi Guys,

I needed your opinion on something. How long do you think it would take me to finish this DIY list? I have 4 months 1/2 left till the wedding and this is the list: Should I cut things out? or is this doable? How should I organize the next few months so I don't have to stress last minute?

I think your list looks very doable especially if you have help from friends. I am not a DIYer but I am someone who plans everything down to the smallest details. If it were me I would do all the things that will take the least amount of time first like the favor labels, flower girl basket, cake stand. Things that you think will take the least amount of time. If you had your help all together one day I bet you could really knock out several quickly made items on this list.

Do you have your design already for your invitations? If so maybe you all could get together and put those together one day after you print them all out. I think I would probably do this first just so you have them ready to go out and then do the items that will take the least amount of time.

If you are still in doubt I would choose the things that are most important to you and do those first. Just in case you run out of time the things you want the most are done.

Good Luck!

It's doable if you have a girls night to do two of the items and make an assembly line with the bridesmaids maybe? Have some dinner and movies going and make it a girls hangout with lots of fun!

I agree it is all doable though I would get help to ensure that everything gets done with the least amount of stress.

Thank  you so much guys. I'll take your advice exactly as said. You're right Kim I should start doing the important ones like invitation and then knock out many in one night with the girls.

Ok...*breathe*...I can do this.

We are doing a lot of DIY for our wedding too.  I really wanted to get a photo booth, but they were incredibly expensive to rent the whole booth, so my fiance (who loves to research) found this awesome company that helped us design our photo booth using pipe and drape, so we are able to cut the ridiculous costs of renting.  Here's their link if you want to check them out and see what they can do for you too:
