Does anyone else not own a scale?

I know that goal weights are always good things, but my damn weight fluctuates SO MUCH that I do not own a scale for that reason.  I get weighed when I go to the doctor's office (and haven't been in a year...nothing has gone terribly wrong and I've slightly put off my physical).

Does anyone else do this/not do this?  I sort of rely on my clothes to tell me the difference...

I actually bought one, when I started this weight loss adventure... I feel like if I wait for my clothes to tell me I would be in trouble.  I just weigh myself when I feel like it and take into account that weigh fluctuates depending on that specific day and time of day, clothes im wearing etc.

I think it makes me more accountable

I use my Wii fit as my scale (and not much else, oops). That was one expensive scale!

I have heard that Wii fit works fantastically as a scale though - and my friend told me that because you can weigh yourself nekkid in your living room!!

I have two scales and I weigh myself everyday. I know people don't recommend it but it works for me. I have lost 35lbs and over 50in off of my body so tell me it doesn't work. I love my scale and don't know how I would look without it.

I weigh myself when I go to my grandma's house, so about once a week to every other week i weigh myself. If I had a scale in my house I would never get off of it.

I don't have a scale because when I was in high school I had bulimia.
I got down to 98pds and weighed myself all the time! So I try not to have those feelings anymore!

We recently bought a scale I knew I had gained weight but i have been afraid to look at one for that reason :/ It really kicked my butt in shape seeing how much I have gained.

I don't own a scale and the only time I weigh is when I'm at the gym. I focus more on what I look like, how my clothes fit, and how I feel rather than the number. I can totally tell just by looking if I've lost weight.

I own two scales and they calculate BMI & water percentages. I weigh myself once a week at the same time. Note: I do not depend on these numbers each week, but I use them as a gauge for my exercise, eating, and drinking levels. If my water levels dip lower, I increase my water intake which helps with weight loss. If my BMI increases, I increase workouts, etc. I don't recommend purchasing a scale if you're going to completely swear by each and every pound, but if you use it along with a diet and exercise plan, I think it can be beneficial to know when you've overindulged and when you need to cut back a bit.

I finally bought one, but I rarely use it. I'll weigh myself maybe every month or two. I generally just go by how I look rather than how much I weigh. :)

I do not own a scale nor do I weigh myself regularly, even though I'm at the gym half the week. I'm going to start weighing myself weekly as my wedding is only 6 months away! I want to make sure my exercise regimine is not in vain!

We own a scale... but I never use it cause I am doing Weight Watchers.  I get weighed every week to see how my progression is doing.  If I wasn't, I am sure I would do it every week.  I do def use my clothes to see how I am feeling though as well... you can gain weight, but it could be muscle and yet you feel better in your skinny jeans, ya know?

I own a scale but I never use it. It's not very accurate anyway. I use the scale in my gym every once in a blue moon. I measure my weight loss goals in jeans sizes. :D I want to (overall) fit into a size 8 and I don't care what that means in lbs.

I like to weigh myself at the gym just because it's a nice idea of where I'm at. Also I know that if I'm working out and loosing inches and that number goes up that it's muscle and not fat and that makes me just as happy as the number going down.
