Tell yourself just to go for just 15 minutes (to get yourself there)- then I always stay longer haha I don't know why that works sometimes haha

everytime i have to go to the gym but dont want to (which is pretty much always), i tell myself this: "all you have to do is get on the treadmill and walk. easy right? nothing difficult. just walk. relax. watch tv. listen to some good music. thats it. JUST GET THERE!"
reason being.. usually, once i am there, and "just walking".. i get bored, and wind up running, and then i find myself pushing myself and getting a great workout. but i had to start out by telling myself i didnt need to do anything hard :) its all a mind game.. because everytime I am done i think "that wasnt so bad" and then Im sooo glad i sucked it up and went
Think about pictures of yourself in a bikini. Also, tell yourself that if you go to the gym, you can eat more food.... yum...food....
Just imagine how good you will feel after the gym...more energy and more calories lost. It's worth it even if it's for 15-30 minutes. =)
I don't mean you look bad in a bikini, that is just MY motivation. just wanted to clarify
haha. thanks girls. you're right. my hardest part is just getting my butt over there! once i'm there i'm always happy and feel so good after. i'm just so lazzzzzzzy.

then go running from your house! Just do SOMETHING active. Go play tennis, or ride your bike... I am in love with a new workout DVD, it lets me get a FAB cardio workout in my living room. Down 4lbs this week so far!
i know i know.. lately if i skip the gym i make myself walk home (50 blocks). but my ipod died and i havent recharged it so i'll die of boredom.

I look at pictures of all the hot skinny models and movie starts that usually motivates me to want to have that body! haha peanut-I do the same thing. I tell myself just walk or just for for 15 minutes then after 15 minutes I tell myself what's 15 more you're half way to 30...lol
I always think about my boudoir session and being half naked in front of a stranger. Then I think about how I want to look good for my hubby in my bikini for our honeymoon!

go to the gym - and feel the endorphins; work out your everyday stress and look smokin hot in the process and added benni
p.s. i'm so opposite - looking at hot models or just hot people doesnt motivate me - BUT looking at my fat pics and seeing that i've ballooned from size 8 to size 14 is motivating...

aww honey kohler! i'm so sorry! that IS very scary. I will dedicate this workout for you and kick major butt. Everythings gonig to work out for you. Something similar happened to my co-worker who is very fit like you and turns out it was stress related. She is totally fine she just had to practice some stress techniques.
