Eating More = Losing Weight!
So I got my work out plan up to 6 days a week. I average 5-6 times I will go. I have been stuck at the exact same weight for what seemed like FOREVER!!
I started using my phone calorie counter app, and guess what, I am not eating enough. I know, we all think "cutting calories = losing weight" well, that is only true to an extent.
I have been forcing myself to eat every two hours, and all of a sudden, I am losing weight! It is so exciting!
Our metabilism is like a camp fire. You need to keep adding wood (food) to it to keep it going. I just wanted to share my helpful tip.
I make sure to eat my healthy fats almonds, avocado and my proteins. I am really forcing myself to eat now. Candy and carb cravings are not NEAR what they were. I proportion my carbs as well.
For the first time, I actually feel GOOD about myself. Like physically. I have a long ways to go still, for I am 162lbs, but I have finally made the lifestyle change, and I love my life! Esp, when I was up to 192
