eco-friendly tablecloths

In need of 13-15 tablecloths for 6' long tables.  Preferably recycled/green/ecofriendly.  Having a tough time searching online.  Seems there aren't many options.

Wedding colors are a warm fall palette, but neutrals work too.

Any suggestions?

This is such an interesting idea. Im not sure if there are any, but what you might want to consider is getting natural cloth/tablecloths then dying it with a natural product to get the color you want. Im not sure how it will turn out, but here's a website that might be worth looking into: http://www.pioneerthinking.com/naturaldyes.html

honestly wouldn't any used tableclothes be eco-friendly.. I mean buying used or rented is way more eco-friendly than finding brand new ones that happen to be made from recycled materials because afterall isn't reusing the same as recycling basically.

What we did for our engagement party was use raw fabric.... We went to Ikea found a fabric pattern we liked (and score it was on sale for $0.99 a yard!) and measured out about a yard longer than the tables.... have you thought about going to the fabric store and using raw muslin/burlap/or other natural fabrics?

BTW to finish the hem... we used witchery... the iron-on hemming.

Yeah re-used is a great idea Hannah! A lot of PW women re sell their linens. I am, but my wedding is the same month as yours.

Renting or going without table cloths is really the most eco-friendly thing you can do.  *Shrug*  We are renting raw linen table cloths for our reception.
