Elocha's recap and non pros
I landed this morning afer more than 20h of flight from Tahiti!!
He is my small recap of the day with some non pro pics, I should have the full pro next week!!
On friday we got married at the cityhall (it's the legal weddng and then you do whatever you want!)
I went to the hair stylist and I was soooo late after that that I just put my dress on and put my make up in the car ...and forgot the mascara!!!But it wasn't the big big day so it was ok ( I realised only when I went to bed)
then I went to the venue and slept there alone (with a somnifere and it was the best idea ever cause I was fresh and ready on saturday)
Hair stylist and make up artist, everything went smooth with no delay and I was really relax and enjoyed it!!
After that I put my dress on and that's were the stress started...My mom was suposed to help me put the Bow on my back and it took her 40 minutes to do it instead of 5...Everytime I wanted to do it they (BM and mom) said no it's fine....After 40 min I was late and pissed off so I decided to do it myself...it took me 2 minutes...
Then we left with Seph for our first look and couple pics!
Then when we came back our friends did the ceremony set up...beautiful!!!
During the couple pics the sun was shinning...but after that came the clouds and we could just do the ceremony outside and took the cocktail inside as decided...the timming was perfect!!
OF COURSE I did something stupid/funny during the day...actually several...
First just before the ceremony I got my shoe stuck in a grid and it took us so much time to get it back!!!
then when I did my big entry at the ceremony...I stuck some layers of my dress in my hells so I had to stop in the middle of the aisle and do someting!
third!!! At the beginning of the ceremony I couldn't stand straight cause my hells were geting stuck in the grass...so I removed my shoes discretly...they were under my dress so no one noticed it...until I moved!!
So the lesson in all that : it's not perfect but that what make it sincere and really great, and full of emotions!
Everyone loved the ceremony (we had really a hard time to make people accept it cause a non religious outside ceremony here it's like aliens...)
Everything was perfect, the ceremony was really great and everyone was touched at least (with some tears for some), the reception was great, our friends did prepare animations that were AMAZING!!!!!
everyone told me that the planning was great and the decorations were so "us", beauiful and personalized until the last detail!!I was so glad!!!
the photobooth was such a blast for everyone ... and the skylanterns as well!!
I would say the things that are to remember and that were really original:
ceremony (we changed a lot of conventional people's mind)
here some pics!
photobooth (modified pics as I published them!),
