Exercise Challenge, anyone?
I'm wanting to shake up my routine a bit but I'm also a horrible creature of habit.
I think I need to maybe swap out 4 of my 8 classes / month (currently I do bellydancing 4x/mo and water aerobics 4x/mo) for 4 new classes. But I always get SO nervous when I go to a new class...afraid I won't be able to keep up, that I'll hate it and get frustrated overall, etc.
So, I'm trying to break out of that sort of mind trap I set for myself and expand my horizons.
For accountability purposes, I wanted to post about it here and invite you ladies to maybe post about something you've wanted to try but have been hesitant to. Let's challenge ourselves and each other!!!!
So, it's middle of September -- between now and the middle of next month I will swap out 4 of my tried and true class sessions and try the following 4 classes:
-Step Plus Abs
My ultimate goal is to swap in at least 2 of these new classes, each for 2x/mo, so I'm taking a total of 4 different classes over the course of each month. Variety IS the spice of life, after all! :)
