Can anyone recommend some good workout DVDs?
Yes I may and these workouts have done wonders for me. I am a mother of a 19 month old so do please keep this in mind. I have lost twenty five pounds and tons of inches off my body.
All I do are tapes such as Billy Blanks tae bo amped, billy blanks taebo elite and also billy blanks bootcamp. These worked wonders on my core, arms and thighs. I also did P90x which is okay. I say this because doing the 90 day routine caused me to bulk up and that is not what I am into; however, the that worked for my body were: chest shoulders and triceps, ab ripper x, legs, and plyometrics. I literally saw my breast go from pancakes to cupcakes by doing the chest p90x tape LOL!
Any of the firm classic series are good and they are good for everything. I also have the firm 5 day abs tape which is great if you do it LOL! I still have fifteen pounds to lose so I do have a stomach. With that being said I still saw my post baby belly change into something marvelous. No I don't have a six pack but my stomach no longer hangs and my love handles are gone.

Tracy Anderson Mat DVD for toning, Turbo Fire series for cardio, AeroBarre is a mix of boxing and ballet--kindof different.
the Insanity DVD's are RIDICULOUS!
I thought I was in shape, I would run six miles a day...until I did Shaun T's Insanity

Slim in 6 by Beach Body is amazing.
I'm on day three of P90x right now, I'm doing the lean version instead of the original. It focuses more on cardio for maximum weight loss. I recommend Jillian Michael's Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism. I sweat in places I never knew I could. I swear even my eyes were sweating.
