I know there are many of us who want to be fit or stay fit but don't have the motivation to do so. I want to start a thread where we can support and encourage each other along they way.
Every time we work out/exercise we'll blog about it. If you didn't get to work out or do anything physical for whatever reason that's okay too; blog about it and we'll encourage you to do so next time. Ate that cheese burger for lunch and feeling guilty about it, let us know and we'll make sure dinner is a healthier option.

Also! I was thinking about weekly challenges to make it fun. For example, one challenge will be "300 crunches/sit-ups a day" for a week. Every time we complete this challenge we'll blog our accomplishments :)
