Has anyone ever done the four hour body slow carb diet? I'm thinking of starting it next week. TIA!
What is it? My wedding is in two weeks and when I got on the scale this moring i've GAINED 3 pounds! UGH!

Basically you can only eat veggies, legumes, and lean protein for 6 days, and on the 7th you can eat whatever. I have a few friends that are doing it and have lost about 6 lbs per week.
