Definitely roses...not sure what else.
So lace-y gown with pink flowers, flowers with pearl accents, flowers tied with a black ribbon, fabric drapes around the ceremony area...

You do not have to do country french....Paris = the city of lights. Think candles everywhere and crystal that sparkles. Also, think of reds, since France is very symbolic of love and romance. Chandeliers, Marie Antionette... Let Them Eat Cake (which she did not actually say) Beauty and the Best was a French novel... "Belle et La Bete" Songs on french are beautiful... you can hire someone who is an expert to play sing, do both...Try looking at some french paintings
Use the colors and patterns.... or draw inspiration from pictures
Take this Picture: from it you can do hues of blue, giving it a night time dusky feeling and then candles everywhere glittering like the effel tower...
