Fruits and veggies for 5 days!

So I am going to need some prayers, motivation, uplifting, anything. Come Sunday I will be starting a 5 day cleanse of just fruits and veggies! I did it before and lost about 10 pounds after I had my son. It helped me get back into the eating right thing and I also became a vegetarian, so it should be easy for me right?..Not so much! :/..I LOVE CARBS!!!

So for five days I can not eat bagles, French fries, bread any pastas!

No coffee, which I want to stop drinking anyway!

So wish me luck. I will keep you all posted on my 5 day Journey!

TIA

WOW 5 days ..you can do this!!!

Are these all raw veggies? Or are you cooking them as well?

You know you should use this thread as a daily journal. That way it makes you document everything that goes in and keeps you honest. Not to mention I am sure there are other ladies interested in seeing your progress...I know I am!!!! I am very tempted to try this but OHHH me love me some CARBS!!!

You can do it!  I am interested to hear how you do.  I cannot eat raw veggies, so I would have to do this using steamed veggies.  Are they all fresh or do you have some frozen?

good luck! you can totally do it!

i just recently finished a 21 day cleanse that was low-carb (pretty much only brown rice and quinoa were allowed), no refined sugar, no dairy and no soy. it was tough, but not as hard as i thought it would be! i'm a carb junkie and a cheese addict, but i really didn't miss those things that much. my eating habits are so much better now and i feel like my stomach shrank. i feel full faster and so i don't eat as much.

can't wait to hear how it turns out for you!
