Hey ladies. I'm not sure if you this is still going on but i thought i would start it up again.
Today my food and exercise was not that great food was right on top but exercise i just made an excuse after excuse.
Breakfast: 3 eggs, roasted poatoes 9 pts
Snack: 2X Banana 4 pts
Lunch: Baby Carrots, apples, raspberries 4 pts
snack: flat bread pizza 5 pts
Dinner: Veggie and Noodle Soup 2 pts
Snack: Apples : 1 pt
Point total for the day 25 pts
I'm happy that i stayed with in points it was the healthiest day i have ever had but i had my veggies and my fruit and some protein so YAY.
My plan for tomorrow is eat ever two hours get my water in and go to Turbo for my 60 minute work out and my Weight Watcher Meeting.
