Uhlease I need to find out from you what to do for major toning. I am on a mission to lose 35 pounds. I have started working out at gym 1-2 hours each time I go.
I want to tone up too! Elise, you need to start a class for all of us ladies! :-)

I didn't work out yesterday b/c I tweaked my neck this weekend reaching for something under the dresser!! LOL. How sad is that!? But it's doing better today so I will probably do something...I'll post about it later!
Thanks Uhlease. I'm heading to the gym now. I skipped Sunday because of Mother's Day and yesterday my FI was here but he went home this morning so I have to get my butt in that gym.

I went for my 1 1/2 hour workout today. I lost 3 pounds this week. Hoping to keep it up. I have 34 days to lose 15 pounds

@Kim - I'm planning on starting my workouts once we get back from Buffalo, so I guess Monday will be my start date. :-)
Ugh, I envy y'all. I've only gone to the gym once this week (I tried my first Zumba class!). I should be going at least 2-4 times a week! :( I have no excuse to not go today. Except that I left my gym bag at home on purpose. Bleh, I suck.
But hey...I'm down 7 pounds! :) Eating less and lighter, that's what has helped me! I eat healthy and light breakfasts and lunches. ♥ But dinners and weekends usually get me! Urrrggh!
:-) We have those here in our area too. We don't have a doggie though.
I wish we had a dog park!! They put one in where I went to college right as we moved, go figure. Apparently the full-service car wash in town now offers a DIY dogwash, so DH and I are going to try that :)
Woke up with a headache today. Couldn't sleep last night, I was up till 3 am. Had 2 Dr Peppers yesterday as opposed to 6-8 that I usually have. I have to let go of caffeine slowly because I have a seizure disorder and it will throw me into a migraine which can trigger seizures for me.
I look in the mirror and I think I see changes but it may just be my imagination. My FI tells me I'm HOT just the way I am. He has no idea how much I love him for that but I need to do this for me. I know I can do better and eat healthier. I'm determined to lose 15 pounds by my birthday in 33 days
I did both of my Fluidity workouts this morning. Tomorrow is XStretch and Ab Ripper X from P90X. I'm wroking on toning up and getting back to the real me.
My daughter is taking a nap and then we're going to go to Party City to get some things for the favors for my sorority's tea on Sunday. I might get some things for her birthday party next month while I'm at it!
Well my daughter interrupted my workout so I only got 1 hour in. In one hour at the gym I drank 6 8 oz glasses of water. The Dr Pepper I started drinking I only drank 2/3 of it. I'm determined to be a sexy bride
Thanks Becca! It has been a long time since we did that thread. It was a lot of fun even though the song would get stuck in my head for days.
@kim, Dr. Pepper is my favorite soda. That's good though that you are slowly cutting those out. Honestly, I've known people that don't change anything in their diet or excercise plan except cutting out soda and they lose a lot of weight.
Well looks like I get to go see my FI after all this weekend. Hoping to leave soon but want to avoid traffic so I will wait a little bit. It's only an hour drive. Of course I will still have to check in and get my PW fix when I can. Reception is spotty at his house.

Here's the workout I will do today: (except I have been abnormally tired the past few days, so I hope I get to it. lol)
Some people don't like to see big numbers like that, so you can always break it up. If you want to break it up, run 1/4 mile, 25 pushups (etc...cut it in half, but do two rounds)
Other people like just having one round of something to do. If you like doing it all at once, feel free to take breaks. I can't do 50 pushups in a row. I'll probably take a break or two in between :) Just finish them all!
