This week I am trying to eat 1 salad a day.
What are you doing with your diet to accomplish your goals?
Last week my goal was to workout 6 days = accomplished! Of course my workouts are nowhere near as strenuous as they used to be :/
This week my goal is to keep up with that goal plus drink at least 70 oz. of water per day!
Awesome goal!! I am trying to drink more water too!! That is much harder than it is. I have made the salad about 4 days this week. I make sure to have protein with it too.
This week my goal is to start doing toning/strength training regularly.
I've been keeping up with doing cardio at least 4x per week - in fact I quite enjoy that but I'm not so motivated when it comes to the weights/toning exercises! I think it's because I don't see the results quick enough but I have to perservere.
As for my diet goal.....that is to keep eating more fruit. I don't enjoy fruit that much so I have to really think about making sure it's in my diet - otherwise I'd choose eating something else every time!
Have you thought abuot adding fruit to like a protein shake? Good luck with the strength training! I did mine, but failed to do my cardio :(
Stop eating so many sweets! That's my goal. I think I will do go this week since we finally finished the rest of the wedding cake today!! And to work out more. I have been going to the gym about 4 times a week and I do cardio and weights when I am there But I need to be going 5+ times a week even if it is just for cardio on those extra days.
Adding fruit to my protein shake is definately a good idea. I'm going to try that after the weekend when I get a bender! I still can't beleive that is the one wedding present I didnt get! :)
I made a start on the strength training today, and I quite enjoyed it. Gotta keep at it!
kandawedding - I was eating wedding cake FOREVER after our wedding, it was never ending!! YAY for yours being finished now!! It'll will be way easier to avoid sweet stuff when it's not there NEEDING to be eaten ;)

drink water. i have been so bad with that lately. I feel that when i am good with my water my food is much better as well!
have lost till now 6 lbs within 4 weeks. went 4 times a week in the gym. I hate this but it works great. till my wedding I have to loose more thann 4 lbs. Let's work on it
