Today I reached my goal weight finally! Although my first dress fitting with Mahtab was last week, I'm hoping she can take it in more for my second fitting. I was on my period for the first fitting too, so I'm sure I was unusually bloated.
Here's what I did which probably sounds silly but it totally worked for me...and I absolutely tried everything! .................I ate a lot of watermelon! It made me feel really full for my two big meals of the day (lunch and dinner). I didn't eat it entirely as a substitute for my meals just in addition to them. But my meals significantly cut down in portion. And it's really good for you..alot of fiber and vitamin C..and you just pee it all out..haha.
